The objective of this study is to look at the relationship between mental agility, entrepreneurial leadership (measured as a result of long run orientation and community building) as well as the innovativeness of micro and smaller firms in an efficiency-pushed economic climate. Building on nexus of entrepreneurial Management, human money and economics of innovation literature, a theoretical model has been made and analyzed empirically on a sample of one hundred ten micro and compact businesses from Serbia, a rustic with the rising effectiveness-pushed financial state by Epilocal. the use of the structural equation modelling.
